10 Hypeddit Artists to Check out at Miami Music Week 2016

It is that time of year again, when almost the entire dance music community gathers in Miami for Winter Music Conference, Miami Music Week and Ultra Music Festival. If you have never been it is most definitely something you need to put on your list. It’s an amazing week of pool parties, nightclubs, Ultra, and incredible shows.

If you are so lucky to be there this year – or if you just want to make sure your music library gets its own MMW infusion – here are 10 of the most famous and internationally recognized Hypeddit artists that you should definitely check out this year.

Crazibiza

Crazibiza crashed into the scene in 2012 and took the world by storm. Having more than 100 releases & remixes on world’s most respected labels (Defected, Ushuaia, Pacha, Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi), Crazibiza is one of the most creative producer Duo of today.

Remixing both underground & crossover artists such as Swedish superstar duo Icona Pop, Axwell, Deadmau5, Adele, Wamdue Project and Barbara Tucker just to mention a few, Crazibiza continue to prove that they have the magic that everyone is after.

VINAI

VINAI formed in 2011 by Italian producers Alessandro and Andrea Vinai. As a duo, they have produced some incredible EDM songs. The success started with the publication of the single “Raveology” in January 2014 with DVBBS on Spinnin’ Records. they are known for their Melbourne bounce sound, in 2014 VINAI entered DJ Mags Top 100 DJs list at No. 62.

Lookas

If you come from Miami, you must represent big at WMC. Named by Rolling Stone as one of the Top 10 Acts to Watch This Year, LOOKAS is seizing the moment and finding new inspiration everyday.

The self-taught Miami upstart first arrived on the scene in late 2013 making major headwaves with his groundbreaking remix of “Tsunami” by DVBBS and Borgeous which was commissioned by Ministry of Sound and released as an official mix in early 2014. With over three million soundcloud plays, the success of the track gained LOOKAS international exposure and major recognition within the dance community.

Kap Slap

Jared Lucas aka Kap Slap is a 25 year old DJ/Producer based outside of New York City. Initially recognized for his signature EDM/top 40 bootlegs that tailor to the college scene, Kap Slap now begins a new chapter of his career. Now that he has graduated from Lehigh University, Jared has the time and resources needed to pursue his dream and create his own original productions.
